All cleaners hired by Happy Home have undergone a rigorous vetting process. They have passed a double reference check and a live interview. To ensure further safety we have conducted a criminal background check on all cleaners. Lastly, our cleaners have to pass a mock cleaning test before they can start working officially.
Changes to booking details are allowed, as long as changes/cancellations are made in advance, before 24hr to when the service is due.
Bookings that are cancelled within 24hrs of a clean being due, will unfortunately not be refunded.

YES, we kindly request that you ensure all necessary products and equipment are available on-site for our cleaner. Unfortunately, our cleaners are unable to bring their own supplies or equipment as they rely on public transport for travel.
No don't worry, our dedicated cleaners will make their way to you through their own means.
The cleaner will graciously wait for a duration of 30 minutes, anticipating your arrival. In the event that access to your home remains unattainable beyond this time, the cleaner will regrettably depart, and you will be liable for the complete booking fee as stipulated.
Our booking form has an option for you to make a recurring booking. Amongst the options are weekly, bi monthly, monthly bookings to name a few. You will be billed either weekly, or monthly depending on your frequency of clean. For example multiple cleans in one week, you shall be billed weekly. Multiple cleans in a month, but not multiple cleans in a single week, shall be billed monthly.
